Booking Terms

 

To reserve your place at any event a signed booking form and payment is required as described on the booking form. The person signing the booking form shall be designated as the Lead Name and deemed responsible for the payments and distribution of information for the entire party.

 

Confirmation will be dispatched to the address given by the lead name on the booking form approximately two weeks prior to the event, with directions to the venue, unless otherwise agreed.

 

If you cancel your booking or reduce the number of the group size the payment is not refundable, you may however transfer your booking to another person and notify Associated Tap Dancers (ATD).If for any reason the event cannot take place as scheduled ATD will endeavour to offer an acceptable alternative event, otherwise full reimbursement will be made of all monies paid.

 

Please inform us if you do not wish to be included in any photographs or films taken, or recordings made, at this event for use in ATD publications and promotions.This contract is subject to any terms or conditions imposed by the owners of the site(s) used, their facilities and services.

 

ATD cannot be held responsible for Acts of God or any curtailment, cancellation or change to any activity planned which is outside our control, nor can we accept liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered by you or any member of your party. You are recommended to take out appropriate insurance cover.

 

Non-tapping family members are welcome and may attend any workshops and evening events but there will be no reduction in price. For weekend events ATD cannot accept any bookings for individual days, workshops only, or people staying off site.

 

All bookings must go through ATD; you cannot book directly with the hotel or venue. All payments are subject to cancellation charges.

 

ATD reserve the right to make changes to advertised programmes as and when necessary.
